BLK FLG X GRITTY GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

2. Eligibility:

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years or older. Employees of BLK FLG, Gritty LLC, ADDAX, ViralSweep, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period:

Starts July 13, 2025 at 12:00 AM MST and ends February 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST.

4. How to Enter:

  • FREE ENTRY: Complete the entry form.
  • PURCHASE ENTRY: Receive one (1) entry per $1 USD spent at blkflg.com during the Promotion Period. Tax/shipping excluded.

    Bonus entries available via social actions and referrals.
  • MAIL-IN ENTRY: To enter without making a purchase or filling out the online form, handwrite your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a standard envelope to:

  • Each mail-in entry will count as ten (1) entry into the giveaway. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 22, 2026 and received by March 7, 2026 to be eligible. No mechanically reproduced or mass entries permitted.

5. Entry Limits:

Unlimited entries allowed per person.

6. Prize:

One (1) Grand Prize: Ford F-150 Truck + ADDAX Overland Trailer (ARV: $63,000). Prize is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for all taxes, registration, licensing, and transport.

7. Winner Selection:

One (1) winner will be randomly selected on or about March–April 2026. Odds depend on total eligible entries.

8. Notification:

Winner will be notified by email and must respond within 7 days or an alternate may be chosen. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.

9. Rights & Publicity:

By entering, you grant BLK FLG the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability:

Entrants release BLK FLG, Gritty, ADDAX, ViralSweep, and their affiliates from any liability related to participation or prize use.

11. Disputes:

Governed by Utah law. Any disputes must be resolved individually in Utah courts. No class actions or claims for punitive or indirect damages permitted.
