1. Sponsor
   This Giveaway is sponsored by BLK FLG LLC, 457 Deseret Drive, Suite 1, Kaysville, UT 84037.
2. Eligibility
   Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family or household members of BLK FLG LLC, Limitless Society, ViralSweep, and any affiliated partners are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
   The Giveaway begins on May 5, 2026 at 12:00 AM MST and ends on June 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST (“Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter

FREE ENTRY:
Participants may enter for free by submitting their email address through the official giveaway entry form available during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) free entry per person.

PURCHASE ENTRY:
Participants will receive one (1) entry for every one dollar ($1.00 USD) spent on eligible purchases made at BLKFLG.com during the Promotion Period. Shipping charges, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and canceled orders do not qualify for entries.

Bonus entries may also be offered through promotional actions such as social follows, referrals, or other engagement opportunities as outlined on the official giveaway page.

MAIL-IN ENTRY:
To enter without making a purchase or submitting the online form, handwrite your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a standard envelope to:

Each valid mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 13, 2026 and received by June 20, 2026 to be eligible. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted.

1. Entry Limits
   There is no limit to the number of entries an eligible participant may receive through qualifying purchases during the Promotion Period.
2. Prize
   One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive either:

• Keaton Hoskins’ custom Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon 6x6 vehicle
OR
• One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000 USD) cash, awarded at Sponsor’s discretion or elected by the verified winner where permitted.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize may exceed $100,000 USD depending on vehicle valuation and modifications.

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, title fees, registration, insurance, licensing, transportation, and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use.

1. Winner Selection
   One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The winner is scheduled to be announced live on stage during the Limitless Arena Event on June 13, 2026 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the announcement timing, method, or event details if necessary.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

1. Winner Notification & Verification
   The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number associated with their entry. The selected entrant must respond within seven (7) days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, IRS tax documentation, and where lawful, a publicity release prior to receiving the prize.

1. Publicity Rights
   By entering this Giveaway, entrants grant Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, city/state, social media content, photographs, video footage, and statements for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
2. Limitation of Liability
   By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BLK FLG LLC, Limitless Society, ViralSweep, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, or injuries arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, or delayed entries, technical malfunctions, unauthorized intervention, or any errors related to the administration of the Giveaway.

1. Disputes
   This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of law principles. By entering, participants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, attorney’s fees, or participation in a class action lawsuit.
