Terms and Conditions

Enter for a chance to win the CHAG SHED HUNT PACKAGE. The following terms and conditions govern this giveaway and participation constitutes full agreement to these terms.

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win during the giveaway period. Purchases made on blkflg.com qualify for entries, but if an order is returned, all associated entries are forfeited and will not count toward the giveaway.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of BLK FLG and their affiliates are ineligible to participate. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on April 13, 2025, at 12:00 AM Mountain Standard Time and ends on May 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM Mountain Standard Time. Entries received outside of this time period are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the giveaway through one of the following methods:

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected via a random drawing on or around May 20, 2025. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided. If no response is received within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize Delivery and Experience

The winner will travel to Utah to:

  • Join the BLK FLG team on an exclusive shed hunt.
  • Workout with the BLK FLG crew and get training insights.
  • Record a podcast with the BLK FLG team to share the experience.

All travel expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Publicity Release

By participating, entrants grant BLK FLG the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

This giveaway is governed by the laws of Davis County, Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Davis County.
