Matt has immersed himself in learning how to discover problems and create innovative, user-centered solutions. He takes pride in creating meaningful outcomes for individuals and brands. Matt started his career in Finance and quickly realized his passion for technology. He began working at different startups, kickstarting his career in Product and Strategy. Prior to BLK FLG, he led Product, Strategy, and Development at Avenue One, a billion dollar scale-up. Matt joined BLK FLG with a vision to "Rise with the Tide" by embracing continuous improvement and crafting impactful experiences that will uplift and create intentional ripples in the individuals and brands he and the BLK FLG team have the opportunity to collaborate with.
